5Settings, with setup moved out to Connections

Settings now holds preferences only. Fetch tools and first-run steps move to a Connections page that checks itself and tells you when a bookmark is out of date. Admin settings live in Admin mode. The 7 tabs shrink to 4. 5a is one scrolling page, 5b is Connections and setup, and 5c is a quick sheet opened from the top bar.

Your CBMS+ Fetch bookmark is out of date
You're on v41, and v48 fixes multi-invoice captures. Drag the button below onto your bookmarks bar, then delete the old one. That's the whole setup.
